Currently site membership is open to vendors through our show, whether current or previous. If you are interested in becoming a SoulFest vendor, check out the information below!

Our vendors are the heart and soul of our expos, making each event truly extraordinary. We’re committed to ensuring your experience is positive, powerful, and profitable. Booth Spaces Available

SoulFest Spring is held in Grand Island, NE, at the Fonner Park Fairgrounds, Aurora Cooperative Pavilion. 

Our Summer show, Soulstice in the Park, is held at the Chautauqua Park pavilion, in Hastings, NE.

SoulFest's Fall Show is held in Kearney, NE, at the Buffalo County Fairgrounds Ag Pavilion.

We are seeking vendors who want to be part of a growing, supportive community of collaborative, heart-centered humans.

  • Plant People & plant-mom enablers

  • Fun pet product producers

  • Home decor and furniture sales

  • Holistic & wellness practitioners, coaches, and healers ready to pour light into the world

  • Aura cameras, visual arts providers, and spiritual seekers with a desire to educate

  • Community-supporting groups looking for space to bring people together, provide support and education, and make the world a better place!

 

Please read through the following information and find our online application below.

​Vendor setup for the upcoming spring show will be available the evening before (March 27th) and also begins at 7 AM the morning of the expo. Details will be provided after signup.

​

Our booth spaces for our SPRING AND FALL shows are INDOOR events and include ONE 8' table and two chairs, with additional tables/chairs available by request. Electricity is available on a by-request basis, in limited supply.

We do our best to accommodate vendor special requests, such as booth placements, spare tables, and electrical hookups, but your requests MUST be submitted along with your application at least one month prior to the expo. Requested accommodations are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.

Please note: Booth space for each show is LIMITED. We give priority to our repeat vendors and once we're full for each show, late vendors will be contacted, and placed on our wait list or offered alternate opportunities.

8' x 8'

$150 - 8' x 8' Our basic booth space with one 8' table and 2 chairs included.

8' x 12'

$200 - 8' x 12' For those who need a little extra space! One 8' table and 2 chairs included.

12' x 12'

$250 - For our vendors who need a whole lot of extra space! One 8' table and 2 chairs included.

SOULSTICE IN THE PARK
is our Summer festival in Hastings, Nebraska - held OUTDOORS. There are sheltered booth spaces available under Chautauqua Pavilion, as well as sun & partial shaded spaces available on the surrounding lawn. TABLES AND CHAIRS ARE *NOT* PROVIDED FOR SOULSTICE IN THE PARK! Vendors must provide their own tables/chairs/sun shelters. This is a rain or shine event,
