Booth Space Available

SoulFest is currently held in Kearney, Nebraska, at the Buffalo County Fairgrounds Ag Pavilion.

Our Spring Show is coming up, April 12th, 2025!

Vendor setup begins at 7 AM the morning of the expo. While we are currently working on arrangements to allow for setup the day before we apologize that we cannot offer it at this time.

Our booth spaces include ONE 8' table and two chairs, with additional tables/chairs available by request. Electricity is available on a by-request basis, in limited supply.

We do our best to accommodate vendor special requests, such as booth placements, spare tables, and electrical hookups, but your requests MUST be submitted along with your application at least one month prior to the expo. Requested accommodations are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.

Please note: Booth space for each show is LIMITED. We give priority to our repeat vendors and once we're full for each show, late vendors will be placed on our waitlist.

A $25 Early Bird Discount for our spring show is available for all returning vendors and booths reserved before February 12th, 2025!

$150 - 8' x 8' Our basic booth space with one 8' table and 2 chairs included.

8' x 12'

$200 - 8' x 12' For those who need a little extra space! One 8' table and 2 chairs included.

12' x 12'

$250 - For our vendors who need a whole lot of extra space! One 8' table and 2 chairs included.
