LIMITED Booth Spaces Available!

Fill out an application for any of our upcoming 2026 shows, and join our fantastic community of vendors, practitioners, coaches, artists, and intutives!

Please Note: We do our best to accommodate vendor special requests, such as booth placements and electrical hookups, or neighboring booths, but your requests MUST be submitted along with your application at least one month prior to the expo. Requested accommodations are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.
 

Applicants: Please download and read our Vendor Terms & Conditions of Service and review our FAQ for any questions prior to applying. Filling out this application is your agreement that you have read and agree to these terms, including the terms provided by our venue pertaining to their policies.. Once your application has been confirmed a deposit of $50 is required to secure your spot.

SoulFest 2026 Vendor Application:

About our application process: 

  • Our online form will allow you to apply for any of our upcoming shows. A submitted application doe not guarantee acceptance into the show - we personally review each application to make sure each show structure is well balanced. 

  • Once you correctly submit the form you will be taken to a confirmation page AND you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your application for your reference. This confirmation simply lets you know we have received your application. it does not guarantee acceptance into the show.

  • If you have uploaded images it may take up to a few minutes for your application to submit, so please do not click away or close the browser window until you reach the confirmation page. 

  • You will not be asked to submit any payment for applying. Once your application has been reviewed, which may take up to 48 hours, you will be contacted directly via the email address you provided on your application, letting you know if you have been accepted and confirming which form of payment you prefer to use.

  • Once you have completed your deposit, you will be added to the vendor email list and the vendor messenger group chat, and we ask that you please ensure that our messages are going through so that you don't miss out on any vital updates or show information.

Application Instructions: 

  • To use our online form, please read through the application carefully, and fill in your information in the following application form below. Please fill out all required fields (marked with * ) and click the "Apply Now" button when finished. If you have uploaded images it may take up to a few minutes for your application to submit, so please do not click away or close the browser window until you reach the confirmation page.


  • If your application submits correctly you will be directed to a confirmation page with additional resources and receive an email with a copy of your application. 


  • If, upon pressing "Apply Now" you are not redirected any you do not receive a confirmation email, your application has not submitted correctly or there may be required fields missing information. Once your application is received, please allow at up to 48 hours for our team to review it and get back to you to let your know if your application has been accepted. Deposit payments are due upon application acceptance, and payment options or plans will be arranged with Angela Mayo at the time of acceptance.
