LIMITED Booth Spaces Available!

Fill out an application for our upcoming Spring Show, March 28th, 2026 and join our fantastic community of vendors, practitioners, coaches, artists, and intutives!

SoulFest's Spring Show is now in our NEW LOCATION, in Grand Island, Nebraska, at the Fonner Park, Aurora Cooperative Pavilion. 

Vendor setup will be available during the evening hours the day before the show, March 27th, and again starting at 7 AM the morning of the expo. Details of early setup will be announced prior to the show.

Our booth spaces include ONE 8' table and two chairs, with additional tables/chairs available by request. Electricity is available on a by-request basis, in limited supply.

We do our best to accommodate vendor special requests, such as booth placements and electrical hookups, or neighboring booths, but your requests MUST be submitted along with your application at least one month prior to the expo. Requested accommodations are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.
 

Applicants: Please download and read our Vendor Terms & Conditions of Service below. Filling out this application is your agreement that you have read and agree to these terms, including the terms provided by our venue pertaining to their policies.. Once your application has been confirmed a deposit of $50 is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance will be due by February 28th, 2026.

We love to see collaboration happening! For marketing and event layout purposes, please include information for BOTH vendors sharing the space so that we know how to best place you!

What are you bringing to your table? In order to create a balanced show where everyone is able to shine, we need to know what our vendors will be providing. Please include any and all categories of products and/or services you would like to include at your booth.

We want to market for you! Please include a short bio for your business or practice. Are bios difficult for you? Let us know! We'll put you in touch with our professional marketer/graphics designer who can assist you in creating a clear and appealing intro for your business.

Booth Information

Please note: One 8' table and 2 chairs are included with all booths. Vendors are welcome to bring their own tables/pavilions/chairs, provided they fit within the assigned space. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table covers/decor/etc. Additional tables/chairs are available on a limited basis by request.


Returning Vendors & Early bird signups: Receive a $25 discount if submitting your application for our upcoming Spring Show before February 28th, 2026. Final payments must be received by February 28th, 2026.

Special Requests - We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but space and availability may be limited. Special requests include booth placement, or being placed next to a particular vendor. (Select "Other")

Please note: Neighbor-placements are subject to request and confirmation by both parties.

*We are community-built community, and dedicated to keeping our shows free for patrons to attend and maintaining our vendor fees at a reasonable rate. Your contribution helps us provide more perks for the whole vendor community, funds support for our hardworking volunteers, and helps us to provide more advertising and coverage to help YOU be seen!

Please note: Applications, including any special requests, must be submitted no later than February 28th, 2026. We cannot guarantee any requests or changes for our spring 2026 show vendors after this date.

Please include bio pics, business logo, and a few product or service pictures for us to include when sharing your booth to our social media. This upload may also be used to include your business card or equivalent for those purchasing ad space in our digital program.

Vendor Responsibilities

By submitting this application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that all content is your own intellectual property. By submitting, you also acknowledge that you have read and agree to our terms and conditions of service, including our venue rules, a copy of which may be downloaded and reviewed at the links below this form. Final payments must be received by February 28th, 2026.
