LIMITED Booth Spaces Available for Our Spring Show!

SoulFest's Spring show is happening April 12th, 2025, in Kearney, Nebraska, at the Buffalo County Fairgrounds Ag Pavilion.

Vendor setup begins at 7 AM the morning of the expo. While we are currently working on arrangements to allow for setup the evening before, and will notify vendors of that option as soon as we know for sure.

Our booth spaces include ONE 8' table and two chairs, with additional tables/chairs available by request. Electricity is available on a by-request basis, in limited supply.

We do our best to accommodate vendor special requests, such as booth placements and electrical hookups, but your requests MUST be submitted along with your application at least one month prior to the expo. Requested accommodations are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.
 

Applicants: Please download and read our Vendor Terms & Conditions of Service below. Filling out this application is your agreement that you have read and agree to these terms. Once your application has been confirmed a deposit of $25 is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance will be due by April 4th, 2025.

Booth Information

Please note: One 8' table and 2 chairs are included with all booths. Vendors are welcome to bring their own tables/pavilions/chairs, provided they fit within the assigned space. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table covers/decor/etc.


Returning Vendors & Early bird signups: Receive a $25 discount if submitting your application for our upcoming Spring Show before February 12th, 2025.

Special Requests - We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but space and availability may be limited.

If you would like to purchase an ad spot in our digital program, please include a copy of your business card (or equivalent information such as QR code and bio, business logo, etc.)

Please note: Applications, including any special requests, must be submitted no later than March 12th, 2025. We cannot guarantee any requests or changes for our spring 2025 show vendors after this date.
