We’re excited to introduce our SoulFest 2026 Show Bundle, a simple way to secure your space at all three SoulFest events this year — while locking in current pricing and gaining extended visibility for your business.
As our community continues to grow and venue costs increase, booth fees will be rising in the coming seasons. This bundle is our way of honoring and supporting our current and returning vendors by offering a chance to reserve your spots at this year’s lower rates before changes take effect.
What the Show Bundle Includes:

Space is secured once your application is reviewed, accepted, and paid in full.

If you have already applied for our spring show, you will not be double-booked. Your application to the remaining shows will be added to your booking.
FOR SPRING & FALL 2026 All booths include one (1) 8' table and two (2) chairs. Additional tables and chairs may be available by request for an additional fee. If you require extra tables and chairs, please include this in your booth requests along with this application.
FOR SOULSTICE IN THE PARK - Soulstice is an OUTDOOR show. There is a large main pavilion that fits 30-40 vendor booths, as well as a large lawn with patches of sun/shade.
Please note: Tables and chairs are NOT provided for this show. Vendors are required to bring their own tables/chairs/shelter or booth covering. This is a rain or shine event, and vendors should plan accordingly.
Returning Vendors & Early bird signups: Booths paid in full before March 29th, 2026 will receive the above pricing, as well as 1 year of listing on three separate websites, including realvibesjourney.com, nebraskapagans.com, and thesacredhallow.com.

Setup details will be provided after signup and prior to each show. We do our best to accommodate vendor special requests, such as booth placements, spare tables, and electrical hookups, but your requests MUST be submitted along with your application at least to months prior to each show. Requested accommodations are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.
Please note: Booth space for each show is LIMITED. We give priority to our repeat vendors and once we're full for each show, late vendors will be contacted, and placed on our wait list or offered alternate opportunities.
