Our Next Chapter Begins.
Four years ago a handful of people came together with a dream of creating welcoming spaces where our community could gather. Over the years, people have come and gone, ideas have evolved, and the events have continued to grow—but the heart behind them has remained the same:
creating welcoming spaces where people can gather, connect, and belong.
Since that time, the SoulFest community has grown into something much larger than any one event. We want to thank each and every one of our vendors and patrons for being the vibrant heartbeat of this community and driving us to continue to create better events, diverse spaces, and genuine opportunities to come together, learn, and grow.
This summer, Angela Mayo shared with us her decision to conclude SoulFest following the September 26, 2026 event. After much thoughtful discussion, our team made the decision to continue serving this community by continuing the forward under a new name beginning in 2027.
We sincerely appreciate Angela's vision in creating SoulFest and the years of work she invested in helping establish these gatherings. We wish her well as she concludes this chapter. During this transition, Intuitive Healing with Angela will be continuing to host the upcoming Fall Show in Kearney, NE, while our team will begin work on planning for the announcement of the new organization and next year’s lineup.
We are not going away!
Over the coming months we'll begin sharing the next chapter. A new name. New opportunities. The same heart for community that has always guided our work. While the name will change, our commitment to this community will not. You'll still find the familiar faces who have welcomed you at the front door, coordinated volunteers, supported vendors, planned workshops, designed the programs, built the website, managed the social media, created the decorations, and worked behind the scenes to bring these gatherings to life. Most importantly, you'll find the same belief that community grows strongest when we build it together.
When we're ready to share our new name, we'll also announce opportunities for vendors, workshops, volunteers, and community partners to become involved. We can't wait to build this next chapter alongside you.
