Booth Spaces Available for Soulstice in the Park

Soulstice in the Park is held annually in Hastings, Nebraska's beautiful Chautauqua Park Pavilion.

Vendor setup begins at 7 AM the morning of the expo. Vendors must be packed up and cleared out of the pavilion by 9 PM the day of the expo.

Our booth spaces for this are 10' x 10', and DO NOT include tables or chairs. This is an OUTDOOR rain-or-shine event. Booth spaces are available for both the sheltered pavilion area or the lawn area with partial shade from trees. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and coverings. Electricity is available on a by-request basis beneath the pavilion, in very limited supply.

We do our best to accommodate vendor special requests, such as booth placements and electrical hookups, but your requests MUST be submitted along with your application at least one month prior to the expo. Requested accommodations are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.
 

Applicants: Please download and read the Terms & Conditions of Service included with the vendor application. Filling out this application is your agreement that you have read and agree to these terms. Once your application has been confirmed a deposit of $25 is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance will be due by May 31st, 2025.

Booth Information

Please note: This is an OUTDOOR EXPO. There is one large covered pavilion that holds approximately 40 vendors, as well as surrounding lawn space. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, tents, covers/decor/etc.


This event will be rain or shine. Vendors are responsible for planning accordingly.

Special Requests - We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but space and availability may be limited.

Please note: Applications, including any special requests, must be submitted no later than May 31st, 2026. We cannot guarantee any requests or changes for our Soulstice in the Park vendors after this date.

Please include bio pics, business logo, and a few product or service pictures for us to include when sharing your booth to our social media. This upload may also be used to include your business card or equivalent for those purchasing ad space in our digital program.

By submitting this application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that all content is your own intellectual property. By submitting, you also acknowledge that you have read and agree to our terms and conditions of service, a copy of which may be downloaded and reviewed at the links below.
