Volunteering at SoulFest is a wonderful way to be a part of something special while helping community space to run smoothly. Our volunteers play a crucial role in ensuring everything goes off without a hitch—they assist with security, manage giveaway signups, greet attendees at the front entry, and offer information with a smile. Volunteers also help with setup and breakdown, assist vendors with unloading and loading, and provide much-needed coverage for vendor breaks. We appreciate our volunteers and work with their schedules so they can enjoy the expo too!

It's not just for show.
Our gratitude for our amazing volunteer crew doesn't just happen at showtime. As we have grown, so has our volunteer program,, and through feedback from our amazing crew, we are working to develop a dedicated team that keeps coming back! We host volunteer appreciation days before each show, offering fun perks, training, the chance to explore and grow, and tons of freebies - from tshirts to readings to sound sanctuaries and more.

Keeping SoulFest FREE for everyone is one of our biggest goals. To do this we work with a fantastic crew of volunteers. to help with outreach and community events, staffing shows to provide vendor support, and helping us gain important perspective on ways we can improve patron experience as we grow.
Volunteering with SoulFest doesn't have the mean big social interaction. We have a multitude of volunteer opportunities available and they can be mixed and matched to your unique needs.
Showtime

Setup assistance - helping clean, set up tables, assisting vendors with unloading,

Station support - Man a craft table, front desk, or help with the workshop spaces

Vendor support - Monitor the show floors, watch vendor booths for breaks, help be extra eyes for the hosts

Breakdown support - Help vendors load, take down tables/chairs, help with cleanup,

Assist in manning SoulFest booths at other shows to help build awareness
