We love to see collaboration happening! For marketing and event layout purposes, please include information for BOTH vendors sharing the space so that we know how to best place you!

What are you bringing to your table? In order to create a balanced show where everyone is able to shine, we need to know what our vendors will be providing. Please include any and all categories of products and/or services you would like to include at your booth.

We want to market for you! Please include a short bio for your business or practice. Are bios difficult for you? Let us know! We'll put you in touch with our professional marketer/graphics designer who can assist you in creating a clear and appealing intro for your business.

If you have already applied for our spring show, you will not be double-booked. Your application to the remaining shows will be added to your booking.


FOR SPRING & FALL 2026 All booths include one (1) 8' table and two (2) chairs. Additional tables and chairs may be available by request for an additional fee. If you require extra tables and chairs, please include this in your booth requests along with this application.


FOR SOULSTICE IN THE PARK - Soulstice is an OUTDOOR show. There is a large main pavilion that fits 30-40 vendor booths, as well as a large lawn with patches of sun/shade. Please note: Tables and chairs are NOT provided for this show. Vendors are required to bring their own tables/chairs/shelter or booth covering. This is a rain or shine event, and vendors should plan accordingly.


Returning Vendors & Early bird signups: Booths paid in full before March 29th, 2026 will receive the above pricing, as well as 1 year of listing on three separate websites, including realvibesjourney.com, nebraskapagans.com, and thesacredhallow.com.

Special Requests - We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but space and availability may be limited. Special requests include booth placement, or being placed next to a particular vendor. (Select "Other")

Please note: Neighbor-placements are subject to request and confirmation by both parties.

*We are community-built community, and dedicated to keeping our shows free for patrons to attend and maintaining our vendor fees at a reasonable rate. Your contribution helps us provide more perks for the whole vendor community, funds support for our hardworking volunteers, and helps us to provide more advertising and coverage to help YOU be seen!

Please include bio pics, business logo, and a few product or service pictures for us to include when sharing your booth to our social media. This upload may also be used to include your business card or equivalent for those purchasing ad space in our digital program.

Vendor Responsibilities

By submitting this application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that all content is your own intellectual property. By submitting, you also acknowledge that you have read and agree to our terms and conditions of service, including our venue rules, a copy of which may be downloaded and reviewed at the links below this form. Final payments for the yearly BUNDLE of all three shows must be made or arranged by no later than March 29th, 2026.
